  COMMITTEE CHANGES

  Senator Gronstal announced the following changes in Senate
  committee memberships:

  Senator Judge will replace Senator Dearden on the Agriculture Committee.
  Senator Judge will replace Senator Hansen on the Local Government Committee.
  Senator Judge will replace Senator Dvorsky on the Small Business, Economic
  Development and Tourism Committee.
  Senator Judge will replace Senator Black on the Transportation Committee.
  Senator Judge will replace Senator Hansen on the Appropriations Subcommittee
  on
  Economic Development.

  INTRODUCTION OF BILLS

  Senate File 42, by Dvorsky, a bill for an act providing
  supplementary weighting for determining enrollment in school
  districts involved in district to district, or district to community
  college, sharing programs, and providing an effective date.

  Read first time under Rule 28 and referred to committee on
  Education.

  Senate File 43, by Dvorsky, a bill for an act relating to interest on
  rental deposits being held by landlords.

  Read first time under Rule 28 and referred to committee on State
  Government.

  Senate File 44, by Miller, a bill for an act establishing a tax
  credit for certain contributions to political committees.

  Read first time under Rule 28 and referred to committee on Ways
  and Means.

  Senate File 45, by Connolly, a bill for an act relating to advanced
  placement award programs and providing for appropriations.

  Read first time under Rule 28 and referred to committee on
  Education.
