Staffing for a center may include a licensed 45 attorney who is knowledgeable regarding immigration 46 law, an education and referral counselor, support 47 staff, and other necessary employees. 48 5. By renumbering as necessary. Dotzler of Black Hawk rose on a point of order that amendment H-1707 was not germane. The Speaker ruled the point well taken and amendment H-1707 not germane.
