H-1615 1 Amend the amendment, H-1605, to Senate File 460, as 2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as 3 follows: 4 1. By striking page 1, line 41, through page 2, 5 line 15, and inserting the following: 6 " ___. By striking page 22, line 20, through page 7 23, line 11, and inserting the following: 8 "It is the intent of the general assembly that the 9 lottery shall establish a licensee compliance program 10 for education to enhance their compliance on 11 prohibition of sales to persons under 21 years of age. 12 The education program shall include training, 13 marketing, monitoring, and reporting activities in 14 coordination with lottery licensees. The results of 15 the program shall be reported to the chairperson, vice 16 chairpersons, ranking members, and members of the 17 joint appropriations subcommittee on administration 18 and regulation not later than January 15, 2000."" A non-record roll call was requested. The ayes were 40, nays 16. Amendment H?1615 was adopted. Brunkhorst of Bremer moved the adoption of amendment H-1605, as amended. Amendment H?1605, as amended, was adopted.
