1 4 #1. By striking page 1, line 41, through page 2,
1 5 line 15, and inserting the following:

1 7 23, line 11, and inserting the following:
1 8 "It is the intent of the general assembly that the
1 9 lottery shall establish a licensee compliance program
1 10 for education to enhance their compliance on
1 11 prohibition of sales to persons under 21 years of age.
1 12 The education program shall include training,
1 13 marketing, monitoring, and reporting activities in
1 14 coordination with lottery licensees. The results of
1 15 the program shall be reported to the chairperson, vice
1 16 chairpersons, ranking members, and members of the
1 17 joint appropriations subcommittee on administration
1 18 and regulation not later than January 15, 2000.""
