Senate Joint Resolution 12, a joint resolution to nullify an administrative rule of 
the secretary of state concerning preparation of descriptions of constitutional 
amendments and statewide public measures and providing an effective date.
Fiscal Note is not required.
Committee Action: Failed to Pass April 6, 1999.
COMMITTEE ON LOCAL GOVERNMENT
Committee Bill (Formerly House Concurrent Resolution 18), requesting 
establishment of a legislative interim study committee to review the authority and 
responsibilities of townships as a unit of local government in this state.
Fiscal Note is not required.
Recommended Amend and Do Pass April 1, 1999.
COMMITTEE ON WAYS AND MEANS
Senate File 305, a bill for an act relating to the payment by a county of the family 
farm tax credit and reimbursement to the county of its payment and including an 
effective date.
