MESSAGES FROM THE SENATE The following messages were received from the Senate: Mr. Speaker: I am directed to inform your honorable body that the Senate has on April 6, 1999, passed the following bill in which the concurrence of the Senate was asked: House File 208, a bill for an act establishing a southern Iowa development and conservation authority, specifying membership, powers, and duties, creating a southern Iowa development and conservation fund, and providing for other properly related matters.
