Senate File 462, by committee on ways and means, a bill for an 
act relating to veterans' benefits, veterans preference, veterans' 
claims, reimbursement for military service tax exemption, and pro-
viding a penalty and applicability date.

Senate File 463, by committee on ways and means, a bill for an 
act exempting property owned and operated by an Indian housing 
authority from property tax and including an effective date.

SENATE AMENDMENTS CONSIDERED
Baudler of Adair called up for consideration House File 209, a 
bill for an act relating to increasing the penalty for eluding or 
attempting to elude an official law enforcement vehicle, amended by 
the Senate, and moved that the House concur in the following Senate
