By Frevert of Palo Alto, from sixty-two constituents favoring a fuel quality standard for Iowa. By Gipp of Winneshiek, from over fifty constituents from northeast Iowa, favoring a fuel quality standard for Iowa. By Thomas of Clayton, from forty-eight constituents favoring a fuel quality standard for Iowa, supporting an increase in ethanol production raising the value of corn, supporting energy independence by using a renewable resource grown here in Iowa and support for Senate File 400. By Tyrrell of Iowa, from forty-five residents of Iowa favoring the establishment of a fuel quality standard as proposed in Senate File 400. LEAVE OF ABSENCE Leave of absence was granted as follows:
