COMMITTEE ON APPROPRIATIONS
Committee Bill, relating to appropriations for the Department of Human Services 
and including other provisions and appropriations involving human services and 
health care, and providing effective dates.
Fiscal Note is not required.
Recommended Amend and Do Pass March 29, 1999.
Committee Bill (Formerly House File 463), relating to the creation of a recruiting 
our own targeted students loan repayment program and fund under the control of the 
college student aid commission, and providing an effective date.
