Senate File 413, by committee on commerce, a bill for an act 
providing for access to a safe deposit box on the death of the owner or 
lessee of such box, and exempting state banks and credit unions from 
liability associated with such access.
Read first time and referred to committee on commerce and 
regulation.
SPECIAL PRESENTATION
Stevens of Dickinson presented to the House the Iowa Mother of 
the Year, Ruby Hermeier, representing American Mothers Inc. She 
was accompanied by her husband, Pastor Gene Hermeier and 
Merium Jensen the 1978 Young Mother of the Year.
SENATE FILE 393 REFERRED
The Speaker announced that Senate File 393, previously passed 
on file was referred to committee on local government.
