MESSAGES FROM THE SENATE
The following messages were received from the Senate:
Mr. Speaker: I am directed to inform your honorable body that the Senate has on 
March 25, 1999, passed the following bill in which the concurrence of the House is 
asked:
Senate File 392, a bill for an act relating to telecommunications systems or services 
which may be provided by a city utility, establishing certain requirements on such city, 
and including effective date and retroactive applicability provisions.
Also: That the Senate has on March 25, 1999, passed the following bill in which the 
concurrence of the House is asked:
Senate File 393, a bill for an act providing for the joint construction or acquisition, 
furnishing, operation, and maintenance of public buildings by counties, cities, fire 
districts, and school districts.
Also: That the Senate has on March 25, 1999, passed the following bill in which the 
concurrence of the House is asked:
Senate File 441, a bill for an act providing an exemption from certain requirements 
of self-insured accident and health insurance plans provided by school corporations.
