act relating to the local option sales and services taxes and including 
an effective date and retroactive applicability provision.

House File 748, by committee on ways and means, a bill for an 
act exempting internet from the state sales, services, and use taxes.
Read first time and placed on the ways and means calendar.
House File 749, by committee on ways and means, a bill for an 
act relating to a sales tax exemption for the inputs purchased for use 
in a vehicle wash and wax facility.
Read first time and placed on the ways and means calendar.
House File 750, by Holveck, a bill for an act relating to emissions 
from motor vehicles and providing a penalty.
Read first time and referred to committee on transportation.
