rights and duties of insurance companies under certain policies issued in this state.
Also: That the Senate has on March 18, 1999, passed the following bill in which the 
concurrence of the House is asked:
Senate File 254, a bill for an act relating to the emergency management division of 
the department of public defense by authorizing fees for radiological detection 
equipment maintenance services, by authorizing financial assistance to local 
governments for emergency management purposes, by directing a report to the general 
assembly by the division director, and by providing an effective date.
Also: That the Senate has on March 18, 1999, passed the following bill in which the 
concurrence of the House is asked:
Senate File 306, a bill for an act providing for recognition of high quality child day 
care providers.
Also: That the Senate has on March 18, 1999, passed the following bill in which the 
concurrence of the House is asked:
Senate File 407, a bill for an act relating to registration of all-terrain vehicles and 
snowmobiles and providing for and applying penalties.
Also: That the Senate has on March 18, 1999, passed the following bill in which the 
concurrence of the House is asked:
Senate File 410, a bill for an act providing for the regulation of viatical settlement 
contracts when sold as investments.
Also: That the Senate has on March 18, 1999, passed the following bill in which the 
concurrence of the House is asked:
Senate File 431, a bill for an act relating to the moving of duties and 
responsibilities for providing telecommunications cabling necessary to provide state 
communications services from the department of general services to the Iowa 
telecommunications and technology commission.
