division of the department of cultural affairs and providing for an appropriation for the 
program.

concurrence of the House is asked:
Senate File 429, a bill for an act relating to notification of forfeited and cancelled 
mechanic's liens, challenging a mechanic's lien, and providing a remedy.
Also: That the Senate has on March 17, 1999, passed the following bill in which the 
concurrence of the House is asked:
Senate File 449, a bill for an act relating to public policy involving the use of the 
English language and assistance to legal immigrants and foreign nationals and 
providing a future repeal.
