relating to habitual violators of regulations relating to confinement 
feeding operations, by providing for penalties and the forfeiture of 
property, and providing an effective date.

House File 730, by committee on local government, a bill for an 
act relating to the Iowa community empowerment Act and related 
provisions, and providing an effective date.
Read first time and placed on the calendar.
House File 731, by Scherrman and Frevert, a bill for an act 
providing for swine, by providing for their care and feeding, 
marketing, and health, making an appropriation, providing penalties, 
making other penalties applicable, and providing effective dates.
Read first time and referred to committee on agriculture.
