Siegrist of Pottawattamie asked and received unanimous consent 
that House File 498 be immediately messaged to the Senate.
House File 339, a bill for an act extending the deadline for closing 
agricultural drainage wells and making penalties applicable, with 
report of committee recommending passage, was taken up for 
consideration.
