service registration of certain individuals, by making registration or 
exemption from registration a prerequisite for state employment 
covered by the merit system and for the receipt of state-sponsored 
financial aid at community colleges and institutions of higher 
learning under the control of the state board of regents, and providing 
for selective service registration at high schools.

House File 528, by Warnstadt, a bill for an act placing 
restrictions on expenditures from the rebuild Iowa infrastructure 
fund.

under the age of twenty-one who, after ingesting a legal substance, 
are apprehended for driving with a blood alcohol concentration level 
above the statutory limit.
