property located in an urban renewal area, to duration of urban 
renewal areas, to certification of urban renewal debt, to tax 
increment financing of urban renewal projects, to improvements 
related to urban renewal projects, and to annual reporting on urban 
renewal areas, and providing for the Act's applicability.

House File 463, by committee on economic development, a bill for 
an act relating to the creation of a recruiting our own targeted 
students loan repayment program and fund under the control of the 
college student aid commission, and providing an effective date.

House File 464, by Myers, a bill for an act relating to the rollback 
provisions for property tax purposes involving agricultural and 
residential property and including an applicability date provision.

House File 465, by Myers, a bill for an act relating to the 
valuation of residential and agricultural property by reducing the 
percentage of actual value by which residential and agricultural 
property value may increase, removing the restriction that prevented 
each class from increasing in valuation faster than the other, and 
increasing the actual value amount upon which the homestead credit 
is to be determined, and including retroactive and other applicability 
date provisions.
