Siegrist of Pottawattamie asked and received unanimous consent 
to suspend Rule 57, relating to committee notice and agenda, for a 
meeting of the justice systems appropriations subcommittee at 9:30 
a.m. today.

I move to reconsider the vote by which House File 281 passed the 
House on February 23, 1999.
