element of intent of the offender in crimes of sexual abuse.

Relating to the review by administrative law judges of certain 
unemployment compensation determinations.

COMMITTEE ON APPROPRIATIONS
Committee Bill (Formerly House Study Bill 42), relating to energy conservation 
including making appropriations of petroleum overcharge funds.

Committee Bill (Formerly House Study Bill 51), relating to the workforce 
development fund account and fees paid by community colleges and generated by the
