House File 265, by Burnett, a bill for an act relating to local goals 
and regulations for outdoor light fixture efficiency.
Read first time and referred to committee on environmental 
protection.
MESSAGES FROM THE SENATE
The following messages were received from the Senate:
Mr. Speaker: I am directed to inform your honorable body that the Senate has on 
February 10, 1999, passed the following bill in which the concurrence of the House is 
asked:
Senate File 28, a bill for an act eliminating a report of land acquisitions and 
exchanges by a county conservation board.
Also: That the Senate has on February 10, 1999, passed the following bill in which 
the concurrence of the House is asked:
Senate File 41, a bill for an act relating to the duties and meetings of the county 
agricultural extension councils.
Also: That the Senate has on February 10, 1999, passed the following bill in which 
the concurrence of the House is asked:
Senate File 55, a bill for an act to legalize the transfer of certain property by the 
joint county system of Black Hawk and Buchanan counties to the Independence 
community school district, and providing an effective date.
Also: That the Senate has on February 10, 1999, passed the following bill in which 
the concurrence of the House is asked:
Senate File 67, a bill for an act relating to the assessment of civil damages for the 
illegal taking of a swan or a crane.
