LEAVE OF ABSENCE Leave of absence was granted as follows: Gipp of Winneshiek and Van Fossen of Scott on request of Siegrist of Pottawattamie. INTRODUCTION OF BILLS House File 255, by committee on human resources, a bill for an act relating to visitation provisions between siblings under a custody order. Read first time and placed on the calendar. House File 256, by Bradley, Van Fossen, and Witt, a bill for an act providing an individual and corporate tax credit for the acquisi- tion of assistive technology or the modification of the workplace in order to assist persons with a disability in the workplace and including an effective and applicability date provision. Read first time and referred to committee on ways and means. House File 257, by Grundberg, Heaton, Johnson, Martin, and Holveck, a bill for an act relating to coverage for mental health ser- vices provided to state employees and including an applicability pro- vision.
