Siegrist of Pottawattamie asked and received unanimous consent 
that House File 164 be immediately messaged to the Senate.
HOUSE FILE 48 WITHDRAWN 
Huser of Polk asked and received unanimous consent to withdraw 
House File 48 from further consideration by the House.
MOTION TO RECONSIDER
(House File 210)
I move to reconsider the vote by which House File 210 passed the 
House on February 10, 1999.

Davis of Wapello requested to be added as a sponsor of House File 
250.
EXPLANATIONS OF VOTE
I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on Monday, 
February 8, 1999. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on 
House File 38, Senate File 53 and Senate Concurrent Resolution 2.

I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on February 10, 
1999. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on House Files 
164 and 210.
