SPECIAL PRESENTATION

Representative Huseman of Cherokee introduced to the House the 
Honorable Richard Vande Hoef, former state representative from 
Osceola and his wife Harriet.
The House rose and expressed its welcome.
CONSIDERATION OF BILLS
Regular Calendar
House File 164, a bill for an act concerning the open meetings 
statute by permitting the awarding of appellate attorney fees for a 
successful action involving the statute, was taken up for 
consideration.
Sunderbruch of Scott moved that the bill be read a last time now 
and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was 
read a last time.
