have passed the House and the title was agreed to.
HOUSE FILE 72 WITHDRAWN 
Sunderbruch of Scott asked and received unanimous consent to 
withdraw House File 72 from further consideration by the House.
House File 210, a bill for an act relating to the exclusion of 
certain transactions under the business opportunities law and 
providing effective and retroactive applicability dates, was taken up 
for consideration.

Weigel of Chickasaw asked for unanimous consent to have House 
File 210 rereferred to the committee on judiciary.
