INTRODUCTION OF BILLS
House File 209, by committee on judiciary, a bill for an act 
relating to increasing the penalty for eluding or attempting to elude 
an official law enforcement vehicle.
Read first time and placed on the calendar.
House File 210, by committee on judiciary, a bill for an act 
relating to the exclusion of certain transactions under the business 
opportunities law and providing effective and retroactive applicability 
dates.
Read first time and placed on the calendar.
House File 211, by Carroll, a bill for an act relating to notification 
requirements associated with the perfection of mechanics' liens by a 
person furnishing labor or materials to a subcontractor, and 
providing an effective date.
Read first time and referred to committee on judiciary.
House File 212, by Huser, Gipp, Thomas, Falck, Sunderbruch, 
Teig, and Jager, a bill for an act relating to townships and township 
officers and the powers and duties of township trustees relating to 
budgets and finances.
