Relating to telecommunications systems or services which may be 
provided by a city utility, establishing certain requirements on such 
city, and including effective date and retroactive applicability pro-
visions.
H.S.B. 80  Local Government
Relating to the classification of county bridges on secondary roads as 
an essential corporate purpose for bonding purposes.
