  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by striking line 3 and inserting the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 12, by striking lines 3 through 5 and
  1  7 inserting the following:
  1  8    "12.  Of the funds appropriated in this section, an
  1  9 amount not exceeding 10 percent may be used by the
  1 10 state university of Iowa hospitals and clinics for
  1 11 administrative expenses.""
