  1  1    Amend Senate File 2453, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 23 through 28 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "The moneys appropriated in this subsection shall
  1  6 be used for projects which cumulatively result in the
  1  7 creation of "vertical infrastructure", as defined in
  1  8 section 8.57, subsection 5, paragraph "c", having a
  1  9 total value of at least $2,500,000.  The".
