  1  1    Amend House File 2579 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 6, line 27, by striking the word
  1  3 "AUTHORIZATON" and inserting the following:
  1  4 "AUTHORIZATION".
  1  5    #2.  Page 9, by inserting after line 2, the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "g.  The procedure to be used in amending the
  1  8 program plan."
  1  9    #3.  Page 9, line 3, by striking the figure "g."
  1 10 and inserting the following:  "h."
  1 11    #4.  Page 9, line 9, by inserting after the word
  1 12 "council." the following:  "Any amendment of the
  1 13 program plan, which program plan has been certified by
  1 14 the executive council, is subject to review by the
  1 15 legislative council and certification by the executive
  1 16 council.  Any such amendment of the program plan shall
  1 17 not conflict with any existing contractual obligation
  1 18 including any obligation to the holders of bonds."
  1 19    #5.  Page 9, line 30, by striking the word "it" and
  1 20 inserting the following:  "its".
  1 21    #6.  Page 12, line 27, by striking the words
  1 22 "subject to".
  1 23    #7.  Page 13, line 17, by striking the words
  1 24 "financial institution's" and inserting the following:
  1 25 "entity's".
  1 26    #8.  Page 16, by striking lines 16 through 18, and
  1 27 inserting the following:  "moneys of the authority,
  1 28 and financial institutions and trust companies may
  1 29 provide security for the deposits."
  1 30    #9.  Page 17, line 31,  by striking the word
  1 31 "charter" and inserting the following:  "chapter".
  1 32    #10.  Page 19, line 6, by striking the word "state"
  1 33 and inserting the following:  "state's".
