  1  1    Amend the House amendment, S-5248, to Senate File
  1  2 2348, as passed by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 7 through 48 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "NEW SUBSECTION.  5.  In matters relating to the
  1  6 conservation, preservation, or development of the
  1  7 loess hills, state agencies shall coordinate,
  1  8 cooperate, and consult with the loess hills
  1  9 development and conservation authority and its
  1 10 associated alliances.""
