  Senator Hansen asked and received unanimous consent that

  withdraw amendment S-5805 to amendment S-5785 to House
  amendment S-5740.

  Senator Hansen asked and received unanimous consent to
  withdraw amendment S-5787 to amendment S-5785 to House
  amendment S-5740, previously deferred.

  Senator Hansen asked and received unanimous consent to
  withdraw amendment S-5791, filed by him from the floor to
  amendment S-5785 to House amendment S-5740.

  Senator Deluhery asked and received unanimous consent to
  withdraw amendment S-5789, filed by Senators Deluhery and
  Borlaug from the floor to amendment S-5785 to House amendment
  S-5740.

  Senator Borlaug asked and received unanimous consent to
  withdraw amendment S-5785 to House amendment S-5740.

  Senator Boettger offered amendment S-5811, filed by her from the
  floor to pages 2 and 5 of House amendment S-5740.

  Senator Boettger moved the adoption of amendment S-5811.
