For the state training school for the design 4 5 and construction of new or replacement buildingsat4 6the state training school by allocating not more than4 7$2,300,000 to complete, for construction of the new 4 8 school building, for institution utilities 4 9 infrastructure, andallocating not more than $400,0004 10andfor the design of the new gymnasium building: 4 11 .................................................. $ 2,700,000 4 12 Sec. . 1997 Iowa Acts, chapter 215, section 5, 4 13 is amended to read as follows: 4 14 SEC. 5. There is appropriated from the rebuild 4 15 Iowa infrastructure fund to the department of general 4 16 services for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1999, 4 17 and ending June 30, 2000, the following amount, or so 4 18 much thereof as is necessary, to be used for the 4 19 purpose designated: 4 20 For construction of a new school and gymnasium 4 21 building at the state training school: 4 22 .................................................. $ 4,000,000" 4 23 #34. Moneys deposited in that 4 30 account under this section shall be allocated to the 4 31 department of agriculture and land stewardship for 4 32 cost-share assistance for the following programs: 4 33 To reimburse owners of agricultural drainage wells 4 34 and surface water intakes which drain into 4 35 agricultural drainage wells for up to seventy-five 4 36 percent of the costs incurred after May 29, 1997, to 4 37 prevent surface water drainage into agricultural 4 38 drainage wells as required pursuant to section 455I.2. 4 39 To reimburse individual owners and users of 4 40 agricultural drainage wells for up to seventy-five 4 41 percent of the costs incurred after May 29, 1997, to 4 42 close agricultural drainage wells and to connect 4 43 drainage systems which are tributary to the drainage 4 44 wells to alternative drainage outlets as required 4 45 pursuant to section 455I.3." 4 46 #35.
