  relating to a workforce recruitment initiative and providing an
  effective date, with report of committee recommending passage, was
  taken up for consideration.

  Senator Gronstal asked and received unanimous consent that
  action on Senate File 2414 be deferred.

  ADOPTION OF RESOLUTIONS
