  The following communication from the Governor was received:

  Dear Ms. Gunderson:

  Terry Evans is no longer a representative of the grain industry and is
  ineligible to fill
  the required position on the Grain Indemnity Fund Board.  Therefore, I am
  withdrawing his name for consideration by the Senate.
