  after service of a mandatory minimum sentence, permitting a .15
  blood alcohol level to control the penalties applicable to an offender
  regardless of the margin of error associated with the test device,
  requiring the deletion from motor vehicle records after twelve years of
  certain youth license revocations for alcohol violations, and providing
  an effective date, and House amendment S-5468, previously deferred.

  Senator Rife offered amendment S-5528, filed by him from the floor
  to pages 1 and 14 of amendment S-5468, and moved its adoption.

  A non-record roll call was requested.

  The ayes were 20, nays 23.

  Amendment S-5528 lost.

  President pro tempore Redfern took the chair at 6:13 p.m.

  Senator Rife offered amendment S-5531, filed by him from the floor
  to pages 1 and 13 of amendment S-5468, and moved its adoption.
