  On motion of Senator Freeman, House File 2392, a bill for an act
  relating to permitting the display of new motor trucks by nonresident
  motor vehicle dealers at qualified events in this state, establishing a
  fee, and providing an effective date, with report of committee
  recommending passage, placed on the Unfinished Business Calendar
  on March 26, 1998, was taken up for consideration.
