  ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION

  Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent to take up
  for consideration House Concurrent Resolution 105.

  House Concurrent Resolution 105

  On motion of Senator Fink, House Concurrent Resolution 105, a
  concurrent resolution to designate March 29 of each year as Iowa
  State Flag Day, with report of committee recommending passage, was
  taken up for consideration.

  Senator Fink moved the adoption of House Concurrent Resolution
  105, which motion prevailed by a voice vote.

  CONSIDERATION OF BILL
  (Regular Calendar)

  Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent to take up
  for consideration House File 2146.

  House File 2146

  On motion of Senator Fink, House File 2146, a bill for an act
  establishing Iowa State Flag Day, with report of committee
  recommending passage, was taken up for consideration.

  Senator Fink moved that the bill be read the last time now and
  placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and
  the bill was read the last time.

  On the question "Shall the bill pass?" (H.F. 2146), the vote was:
