  House File 2523, a bill for an act relating to the reimbursement of
  certain providers of services under the medical assistance program.

  Read first time and referred to committee on Human Resources.

  CONSIDERATION OF BILL
  (Regular Calendar)

  Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent to take up
  for consideration Senate File 2333.

  Senate File 2333

  On motion of Senator Redwine, Senate File 2333, a bill for an act
  relating to occupational hearing loss recovery, providing definitions,
  and providing for the apportionment and measurement of hearing
  loss, was taken up for consideration.

  President Kramer took the chair at 2:22 p.m.

  Senator Iverson asked unanimous consent that Senate File 2333
  be referred to the committee on Business and Labor Relations and
  returned to the Calendar no later than 3:45 p.m.

  Senator Horn raised a point of order regarding committee referral
  procedures.

  Senator Iverson renewed his motion to refer Senate File 2333 to
  the committee on Business and Labor Relations.

  The Senate stood at ease at 3:29 p.m. until the fall of the gavel for
  the purpose of a committee meeting.

  The Senate resumed session at 3:42 p.m., President Kramer
  presiding.
