  Senate File 2366

  The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 2366.

  Senator Freeman asked and received unanimous consent to
  withdraw amendment S-5105, filed by her from the floor to pages 4-
  6, 18, and 19 of the bill.

  With the withdrawal of amendment S-5105, the Chair ruled
  amendment S-5108, filed by Senator Gronstal from the floor to page
  1 of amendment S-5105, out of order.

  Senator Freeman offered amendment S-5109 filed by her from the
  floor to pages 4-6, 18, and 19 of the bill.

  Senator Gronstal offered amendment S-5110 filed by Senators
  Gronstal and Freeman from the floor to page 1 of amendment S-5109
  and moved its adoption.

  Amendment S-5110 was adopted by a voice vote.

  Senator Freeman moved adoption of amendment S-5109 as
  amended and requested a record roll call.

  On the question, "Shall amendment S-5109 be adopted?" (S.F.
  2366), the vote was:
