  jurisdictional agreements, and providing a penalty for the theft or
  redemption of stolen lottery tickets.

  companies, miscellaneous provisions relating to small group health
  care coverage, and the elimination of countersigning resident agent
  provisions.

  Providing for access to confidential information under certain
  circumstances by a statewide elected official member of the general
  assembly or a designee.

  Providing for a review of juvenile justice provisions involving child
