  STATE GOVERNMENT

  Final Bill Action:  SENATE FILE 2264 (SSB 2092), a bill for an act
  transferring
  responsibility for administration of enhanced 911 public safety telephone
  answering
  and dispatching services from the emergency management division in the
  department
  of public defense to the E911 communications council.

  Recommendation:  APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.
