  Senate File 2250, by Dvorsky, a bill for an act relating to the use
  of county wage levels as criteria used in determining financial
  assistance for economic development.

  Read first time and referred to committee on Small Business,
  Economic Development, and Tourism.

  Senate File 2251, by Vilsack, Kibbie, Judge, Dvorsky, Hansen,
  Gronstal, Harper, Halvorson, Horn, Fink, and Black, a bill for an act
  relating to the creation of a certified school to career program,
  providing refunds for certain wages paid to and amounts held in trust
  for individuals in the program, requiring that certain wages and
  benefits be provided, making an appropriation, and including an
  effective and applicability date provision.

  Read first time and referred to committee on Small Business,
  Economic Development, and Tourism.

  Senate File 2252, by Szymoniak, a bill for an act relating to the
  performance of acupuncture by deleting the requirement of a prior
  evaluation and referral.
