Senate File 2353, a bill for an act relating to an allocation of state aid for purposes of school-based youth services programs, with report of committee recommending amendment and passage, was taken up for consideration. Grundberg of Polk offered the following amendment H-8503 filed by the committee on education and moved its adoption: H-8503 1 Amend Senate File 2353, as amended, passed, and 2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows: 3 1. Page 1, line 4, by striking the figure "2002" 4 and inserting the following: "2000". 5 2. Page 1, line 9, by striking the figure "2002" 6 and inserting the following: "2000". 7 3. Page 1, line 21, by striking the figure "2002" 8 and inserting the following: "2000". The committee amendment H-8503 was adopted. Brand of Tama offered the following amendment H-8639 filed by Brand, et al., and moved its adoption:
