House File 2327, a bill for an act concerning the release of information by the department of transportation to governmental employees, was taken up for consideration. Holmes of Scott offered the following amendment H-8270 filed by him and moved its adoption: H-8270 1 Amend House File 2327 as follows: 2 1. Page 1, line 7, by inserting after the word 3 "subdivision" the following: "in the performance of 4 the employee's official duties". Amendment H-8270 was adopted. SENATE FILE 2267 SUBSTITUTED FOR HOUSE FILE 2327 Holmes of Scott asked and received unanimous consent to substitute Senate File 2267 for House File 2327.
