 1     Amend the Senate amendment, H-8119, to House File
 2   299, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
 3   as follows:
 4     1.  By striking everything after the enacting
 5   clause and inserting the following:
 6     "Section 1.  Section 730.5, Code 1997, is amended
 7   by striking the section and inserting in lieu thereof
 8   the following:
 9     730.5  DRUG-FREE WORKPLACES.
10     1.  DEFINITIONS.  As used in this section, unless
11   the context otherwise requires:
