ADOPTION OF HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 105
Schrader of Marion asked and received unanimous consent for the
immediate consideration of House Concurrent Resolution 105, a
concurrent resolution to designate March 29 of each year as Iowa
State Flag Day, and moved its adoption.
The motion prevailed and the resolution was adopted.

CONSIDERATION OF BILL
Regular Calendar
 House File 2146, a bill for an act establishing Iowa State Flag
Day, with report of committee recommending passage, was taken up
for consideration.
Nelson of Marshall moved that the bill be read a last time now
and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill
was read a last time.
