  child abuse information maintained by the department of human
  services and providing an effective date and amendment S-3477 as
  amended, previously deferred.

  Senator King offered amendment S-3547 filed by him from the
  floor to amendment S-3477.

  Senator Szymoniak called for a division of amendment S-3547 to
  amendment S-3477: lines 4-8 as division S-3547A; and lines 9-49
  as division S-3547B.

  Senator King withdrew division S-3547A to amendment S-3477.

  Senator King moved the adoption of division S-3547B to
  amendment S-3477, which motion prevailed by a voice vote.

  Senator Szymoniak moved the adoption of amendment S-3477 as
  amended, which motion prevailed by a voice vote.

  President Kramer took the chair at 4:16 p.m.

  Senator Szymoniak moved that the bill be read the last time now
  and placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote,
  and the bill was read the last time.
