  President pro tempore Redfern took the chair at 5:51 p.m.

  Senator Rittmer moved the adoption of amendment S-3503.

  A record roll call was requested.

  On the question "Shall amendment S-3503 to amendment S-
  3485 be adopted?" (H.F. 710) the vote was:

  Rule 23, requiring all Senators present to vote except those who
  express a conflict of interest, was invoked.

  Senator Hammond moved the adoption of amendment S-3485 as
  amended.

  Amendment S-3485 as amended was adopted by a voice vote.

  Senator Judge offered amendment S-3484 filed by her from the
  floor, to pages 18 and 27 of the bill, moved its adoption and requested
  a record roll call.
