  1  1    Amend House File 710, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 18, by inserting after line 29 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "The department shall develop a plan during the
  1  6 fiscal year beginning July 1, 1997, and ending June
  1  7 30, 1998, for expansion of the healthy opportunities
  1  8 for parents to experience success program to all
  1  9 counties throughout the state.  The plan shall provide
  1 10 for completion of the expansion effort by June 30,
  1 11 2003.  The department shall determine the amount of an
  1 12 appropriation sufficient to cover the cost of the
  1 13 expansion, and request the appropriation for the
  1 14 fiscal year beginning July 1, 1998, and ending June
  1 15 30, 1999."
